About the Artist
My paintings are very colourful. They are a mixture of abstract, real things, and people. It depends on my mood. Producing layered, textured art is part of my style. I have been inspired by my travels, including a trip to Japan. Being an artist allows me to really get into my work and experiment with different textures and mediums. It makes me feel happy inside. I feel good and very expressive. I feel the excitement coming out in my strokes, coming out on the page, coming out on the canvas.
I use different shapes like circles, triangles, squares and diamonds. I like to use bright colours. In school I had trouble focusing a lot, so it was hard to work. Now I paint. I have come a long way.
